THE CONTEXT: a two-story building with a breathtaking view of the lake / surface area 570 m² / Offices for consultants who travel a lot

THE REQUEST: fit out the offices according to the program + constraints + team needs (current and future needs)

The CONCEPT: Optimize the distribution of space to accommodate a team that is growing / Strengthen and enhance the company's brand image / Productivity: Promote the smooth functioning and flow of team work thanks to the atmosphere and general organization, the choice of colors and materials intended for a very specific age group, a refined style / vegetation / strengthen motivation and pride in belonging to the team thanks to certain decorative elements oriented for this effect and quotes / signage to facilitate the location and reservation of rooms / originality / special acoustic qualities, ergonomic comfort, orientation of natural light, transparency ....

MISSIONS: capacity studies + general concept + 3D model and computer-generated images + signage and communication + plans and technical details + Schedule and calls for tender + choice of suppliers and material references + negotiation of contracts and purchases + site monitoring

THE LITTLE EXTRA: We know that consultants spend a lot of their time on the plane, that the plane becomes their first office. So inspired by this fact and by the shape of the building we imagined/thought of the signage concept as if it were an airplane: going to work becomes a journey, an adventure, a daily mission!
